Five (5) Reasons Why Bride Is Happier Than Groom During Wedding Ceremony

Bride express great joy during wedding ceremony by dancing, kissing d groom continuously, etc.

The groom is also happy but can't be compared to the level of bride because he knows the task ahead.

So the reasons why a bride is happier are;

1. Financial trouble is over:
She knows her man will foot the larger percentage of the bills. So whether she is rich or not, her financial responsibilities will be taking care of.

2. Free from disgrace: Women know how to bad mouth their counterparts who is due or overdue for marriage. When u see a new bride, you will see this radiant joy in her flaunting her wedding ring and no lady can bully her.

3. Fulfilment: Men feel more fulfilled when they achieve financial breakthrough. Women are fulfilled when marry the right man. There is this DREAM COME TRUE written on bride's face during wedding ceremony.

4. Respect: Bride express happiness especially when they marry a successful man and bearing his name automatically brings respect in her life. For example, marrying awolowo, otedola, adenuga, etc.

Note: For groom, the salute title doesn't change(Mr.) but for bride, it changes from Miss to Mrs. Now tell me why she won't be more happy.

5. Wedding gown: Bride wears wedding gown once in her life but groom can wear his tuxedo after the ceremony which is not the first time in his life he is putting on a tux.

You can Add your own reasons under the comment section.

How to start a Catfish Business: The Hidden Truth

Fish farming like other business has its prons and cons.. And truthfully its a very lucrative and yet a money draining business..

I have read articles about how lucrative the business is and how to invest and reap millions.. All I do is just to laugh on reading such article.. All they want is just for u to buy their manual and make money.. Surprisingly most of them don't have a farm of their own, they are computer farmers who don't have any experience whatsoever in the business..

I know of farms within my area who have shut down their farms due to frequent loss over the years.. I was also considering shutting down my own after I lost a reasonable amount of money, but after diligent study which took about a year I decided to give it my last shot..

I had to seek help from other farmers, but every farm I went to I noticed they where all also running at loss.. That was when I decided heading to songhai farms at benin repurblic.. At songhai I learnt all what I was suppose to know concerning fish farming, from how to hatch( spawning) to management, feed formulation and what have u..

I came back full of wisdom and found out what I did and did not do for for the failure of my farm.. First off if you have never started hatching on your own,my brother u have not started yet..so I carefully built my own hatching ponds and with what I learnt I gave it a shot and it was successful, I nurtured them to fingerlings stage and I got over THIRTEEN THOUSAND FINGERLING at my first try..

I selected the best 4000 fingerlings for stocking for the next 5 months and sold the rest.. Dis is one aspect for the failure of fish farmers.. Most hatchery selects the best (shooters)for themselves and sell runts to farmers, And we constantly feed these runts without attaining a reasonable wieght thereby loosing our hard earned money and waste our precious time..

IDENTIFYING RUNTS AS FINGERLINGS

If u still buy fingerlings from other farms please my brother follow the guidelines below so your investment does not go down the drain..

1. Only buy fingerlings from recommended farms, especially those who specialise in the production of fingerlings and juvenile..

2. Runts head seems to be whitish in colour, their body is thinner and is not proportionate in size to the head, they are like unfed children..

3. Buy fingerlings or juveniles only from farms who use male and female fishes (brood stock) equal to or above 1.5kg..

Like I said earlier on I sold the remaining 9000 fingerlings which I sold for 7 naira each and made 63000 naira hereby stocked the best 4000 (shooters) and I started raising them for the next 5 months..

Before I stocked the pond I disinfected it with "BLAGDON ANTI FUNGAI AND BACTERIA" by doing this u have clared the pond against any fungai or bacteris present in the pond.. Sometimes u may stock and after a while they start dieing due to an outburst of disease present in the pond, so I advice all farmers to disinfect there pond using the afor-mentioned drugs..

After two weeks of stocking I started to sort them into sizes Big, medium and small.. My brother sorting is one essential activity u MUST do to save ur investment.. If u don't sort only less than half of your fish will grow well and be ready for sale when most should be ready.. This is because its only the big and aggresive ones that will be eating most of the time and they are usually less than half of the entire stock you have in the pond.. But when u sort regularly most of the fishes will be of regular size and they can compete with themselves for food.. So they can all grow at the same pace.. PLEASE DONT TAKE SORTING LIKELY..

Sequel to these I stocked my pond with a thousand fish into four ponds ie I had four pond and stocked them with a thousand fish in one pond to make up for the four pond (4000)..

One other thing that makes us loose money is overstocking of your pond.. Your fishes will not grow.. Because the water gets polluted easily and this will cause the dissolved oxygen to be depleted in the water.. And when this takes place the fishes wount eat well their appetite for food will be lost.. So I guess a farmer should measure his pond well before stocking..

FEEDING YOUR FISH

You know feeding takes 70% of the total cost and there are no cut corners in feeding your fish..I tell farmers that "What you give to them that's what they will become" and that's a fact.. I have seen farmers that give their fishes Eba and the likes for them to gain weight, and its no surprise to me when they sell at a loss..

As long as you have right fish (like shooteers) and u sort and don't over stock my brother you can go ahead and feed them very well.. Let me tell u one deep truth when u stock the right fish(shooters) they can even eat less and yet grow bigger..

Now there are all sort of feeds available in the market from coppens, durante, multifeed, zeigler, aqua feed, ranan, vital feed etc.. When I started back then I was using coppens and there was a time I even bought a fake of it (coppens) but for some time now I have been using zeigler and I must say that I prefer zeigler to coppens.. I know most farmers will be raising eyebrow now but that's a pure fact.. Infact I had a client that sells vale viva feed back then the company did an experiment of coppens, zeigler, multi feed and durante, she told me that ziegler came out top,but I wasn't suprised because I had done my own finding too.. Coppens is just about the name, they are living on past glory.. Don't get me wrong coppens is a very good feed but I find zeigler to be the best feed what so ever..

Now if you don't feed your fish regularly they will not grow .. And u should know the size of feed you give to them at the right time.. Feeding should be three times a day but at the third month feed them twice a day while ate the last month u full feed once a day..

At the third month farmers tend to switch to local feed and they sort for a good local feed... Back then I used local feed, I had a good combination but I found out that most of the ingredient are adultarated, especially the fish meal.. And fish meal is the main ingredient to produce a good feed and for rapid growth.. Some farmers include blood meal but I bet that majority of the so called blood meal are not they are sometimes burnt tyre.. I know right now u may be wandering but yes that's the truth..Pardon me to use broken english abeg "dis my leg don waka because of this feed formulation wetin I see na only God know" Am not saying there aint no good ingredient out there but most of them are fake, and u feed your fish and realise that they don't grow as expected..

So I stopped using local feed and
I deviced a method that after three month I switch to VITAL feed.. If u compare the cost of vital feed and the local feed we spend time and energy on its not that big.. And truthfully vital feed is not an imported feed it is made here in nigeria so to me vital feed is also a local feed.. Some farmers may say we do local feed to reduce cost and I laugh at their ignorance.. It is better to go straight to the point than cutting corners and whereby you may still be cheated on the local feed.. When u have a good fish its better you feed them with quality to harvest quality..

CHANGE YOUR WATER

I have been to farms where the water is so polluted and stinks.. I wonder how such farmers reason.. Its just like putting 20 people in a single room and u shut the door and window what do u think will happen over time..

If u don't change the water as at when due the enviroment of the fishes will be too polluted to encourage good feeding.. The fishes urine, faeces and dissolve excess feed pollute the water and they wount eat well or digest the food because of polluted enviroment..

MARKETING YOUR CATFISH
At the fourth month my fish had attained an average of 1kg and 0.9 kg.. I was so fufilled because of the size and weight of the fishes.. I started contacting buyers and eatries and joints some adviced to sell at that time but I had a time of 5month.. Now, some farmers wait till harvest before they contact buyers and this is wrong because when the time of harvest has elapsed they keep feeding the fish and some may have depleted their money to feed the fished thereby allowing the fish to loose weight..

Some fish buyers " iya eleja" are gold diggers.. They are very smart people that what to reap where they did not sow.. Most fish farmers have fallen prey to there heinous act..

I have had some bad experince with these exploiters.. Years back when they come to buy some of them bring charms (JUJU) along with them.. It sounds rediculous but that's some hidden truth..

There was this particular time I wanted to harvest some fish buyerrs came to my farm(iya eleja) and one of them told me she wanted to pee so I instructed my worker to take her to d toilet but unknowingly she went to do some ritual right there in the toilet when she came out she said she wanted to look at the fish so I took her to the pond.. After I completely drained all the water. They said that they can't buy at the stipulated price again,I had to send them away but to my surprise when I wanted to pump water back to the pond guess what the pumping machine did not pump.. U may think its a coincidence but its not it was perfectly planned by them.. I began sourcing for water and I finally had to call them back.. Guess what as I was selling to them and needed water to add to there big bowls the pumping machine picked up..

I have heard so many stories by fish farmers about this women.. If u want to harvest look out for buyers before that time and check out the buyers in terms of character and composure.. Don't allow any dick and harry into your farm all in the name of sale.. Before the buyers come u would have catch a fish as sample to show them and negotiate the price before anytin else... All what am saying may sound strange to some but its one of the hidden truth in catfish business.. Its better to get one good customer than a thousand..

At the fifth month with hard work keeping to details I attained 1kg and above.. The fishes where healthy and strong but it was not easy my brother..
I spent roughly 650,000 on feeding alone.. And I sold all for about 1,800,000.. BOY!!! I was fuffiled and very happy that yes I made it this time around.. So my net profit was roughly 1,000,000 if u subract salary, fuel, drugs etc..

My fellow farmers and aspiring farmers fish business is no joke.. Its not what u toil with, its serious business.. Before u venture into it go and learn it practically.. Go to a good farm to see for youself.. Majority of the people that claim to be in the business are thieves.. They have sugar coated mouth to lure people into it and take their money...

I had to sqeeze out time to write this little piece for aspiring and practising farmers..

I am not here to sell any manual, books fingerlings and juvenile please.. Am here to answer any sort of question you need to know about catfish farming.. Feel free to ask me because I want the best for everybody, let's share ideas and make money together rather than exploiting people... So am all ears to your questions.. GOD BLESS YOU ALL..

How do i Identify A Scam Interview Invitation

Many at times complains are being received from all over the states and even beyond on  their ordeal in the hands of fake scam companies who invite people for interview only to introduce them to fake drug marketing business.
I'm doing this not only because these companies waste people's time, energy and T-fair going to such interviews, but also because most of these scammers extort money from hapless job seekers thereby making their suffering times two.

Imagine a scammer extorting #10,500 from a graduate who have been unemployed for years, not to talk of the transport fare wasted going to such fruitless interviews or job chat as they usually call it.
Some people even borrow money to pay these sheep in wolves clothing, who promise them heaven on earth. Some will tell you that you will make half a million within 1 month and all that. If you're not careful, you will take a loan that you will not be able to repay thus causing embarrassment and lack of rest of mind. An unemployed person should have only himself to worry about, not having debts also.

So I believe that if we are properly guided, we will not fall into the hands of these scammers.
Having said that, there are ways by which one can identify a fake or scam interview invitation and there fore avoid such waste of time and money. The good thing is that most of their messages come in the same format, so you will know its fake!

1. The message does not bear a company name: most of these scammers won't include their names on the message you will receive. All you will see are the address, the time and date and a phone number. A genuine company will not hide its identity from a potential employee.

2. The message will say "interview/job briefing": whatever job briefing means I don't know!
3. You will see a code or reference: something like "HR=0056" or "REF=002". This is an indication of the code number of the person who invited you to the "job briefing".
4. It will contain a phone number: this is the number of your referer. Most genuine companies don't give phone numbers.
5. You will see HR Admin in the message instead of company name
6. If you call their number, they will be reluctant to give info on the company.

And pls, ignore those people sharing job flyers on the streets, and those ones they paste on walls. Those are scammers and some ritualists too. And also most of these so called agencies are avenues for duping unsuspecting job seekers. Pls shine your eyes well well.
I will post the names of some of these fake companies/ agencies later.

Pls if you have any experiences inthe hands of these scammers kindly share it here so that others can learn and avoid them too. Thank you

Cheers!

Globalization and Imperatives for Changes in Educational Financing and Finding.

The National Policy and Educational (2003) recognizes education as an expensive social service that requires adequate financial provision for the successful implantation of the educational programmes. Government’s ultimate goal is to make education free at all levels although the financial burden appears overwhelming. Financing education is, therefore, a joint responsibility of the state local governments,

How Roads Are Named; The Difference Between An Ave, St, Ln, Dr, Way, Blvd Etc.

Ever wondered how types of roads are determined? There are many acceptable definitions for these, this is just one set, it is highly likely you have seen something different. Different places will have different rules on whats what or no rules at all. There are literally dozens of right answers to this. Almost all of these should really be affixed with "is usually" but because of how long this has gotten, It can't include every exception and variation.

*A road has no special qualifiers. It connects point a to point b.

*A street connects buildings together, usually in a city, usually east to west, opposite of avenue.

*An avenue runs north south. Avenues and streets may be used interchangeably for directions, usually has median

*.A boulevard is a street with trees down the middle or on both sides

*.A lane is a narrow street usually lacking a median.

*A drive is a private, winding road

*A way is a small out of the way road

*A court usually ends in a cul de sac or similar little loop

*A plaza or square is usually a wide open space, but in modern definitons, one of the above probably fits better for a plaza as a road.

*A terrace is a raised flat area around a building. When used for a road it probably better fits one of the above.

*A close is similar to a court, a short road serving a few houses, may have cul de sac

*A run is usually located near a stream or other small body of water

*A place is similar to a court, or close, usually a short skinny dead end road, with or without cul de sac, sometimes p shaped

*A bay is a small road where both ends link to the same connecting road

*A crescentis a windy s like shape, or just a crescent shape, for the record, above definition of bay was also given for crescent

*A trail is usually in or near a wooded area

*A highway is a major public road, usually connecting multiple cities

*A motorway is similar to a highway, with the term more common. No stopping, no pedestrian or animal traffic allowed

*An interstate is a highway system connecting usually connecting multiple states, although some exist with no connections

*A turnpike is part of a highway, and usully has a toll, often located close to a city or commercial are

*A freeway is part of a highway with 2 or more lanes on each side, no tolls, sometimes termedexpressway, no intersections or cross streets.

*A parkway is a major public road, usually decorated, sometimes part of a highway, has traffic lights.

*A causeway combines roads and bridges, usually to cross a body of water

*Circuit and speedwayare used interchangeably, usually refers to a racing course, practically probably something above.

*As the name implies, gardenis usually a well decorated small road, but probably better fits an above

*A view is usually on a raised area of land, a hill or something similar.

*A byway is a minor road, usually a bit out of the way and not following main roads.

*A cove is a narrow road, can be sheltered, usually near a larger body of water or mountains

*A row is a street with a continuous line of close together houses on one or both sides, usually serving a specific function like a frat

*A beltway is a highway surrounding an urban area

*A quay is a concrete platform running along water

*A crossing is where two roads meet

*An alley is narrow path or road between buildings, sometimes connects streets, not always driveable

*A point is usually dead ends at a hill

*A grove is thickly sheltered by trees

*A driveway almost always private, short, leading to a single residence or a few related ones

*Aroundabout or traffic circlecircle around a traffic island with multiple connecting routes, a roundabout is usually smaller, with less room for crossing and passing, and safer
*

These aren't hard and fast rules. Most cities and such redefine them their own way about what road can be called what.

How to Keep Your Android Device Screen Safe - Phones

Nowadays, smartphones and tablets come with the toughest and most scratch-resistant touch screen panels, thanks to such materials like Corning Gorilla Glass. It takes a lot to break and damage them. This, on the other hand, is not impossible if you behave recklessly with your Android device. Here are our tips on how to protect your Android touch screen.

1. Choose your tool wisely!

Only use your fingers or stylus, if one comes with the device, like on the Galaxy Note 3 for example. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra allows you to use pencils on the display, however this should not be done with any other device.

Only use your stylus or finger on an Android touch screen, and for pete's sake, be gentle! © androidpit
2. Know its limits

Avoid letting your touch screen come into contact with other electrical devices. There are many people who think that magnets will damage your phone, when in fact it likely won’t. The only thing that a magnet might do is mess up your built-in magnetic sensor which is used for compass apps.

3. Try not to get shocked

Electrostatic discharges, meaning a sudden surge of electricity between two connected electrical devices, could ultimately cause the touchscreen to malfunction. This might happen when your smartphone is placed near an object isolated to the ground that conducts electricity.

4. Be gentle, use with care!

This may seem obvious, but do not tap your phone with any sharp objects or bang it to make it work if it’s being laggy. Your smartphone isn’t like your old TV set. Also, though you might get over excited while playing Candy Crush, do not apply excessive pressure to the display.

5. Don't let it idle

Ever heard of the term burn-in? This is what sometimes happens when you leave the touchscreen idle for an extended amount of time without deactivating the display. What you’ll see when you switch to something new is an afterimage, ghosting or screen burn-in, all terms apply here. If this is happening to you, check out how to fix a screen burn-in. One of the best ways to prevent this from happening though, is to set the lock screen to turn off after a certain amount of time in the settings of your smartphone or tablet under the lock screen section.

6. It's better to be safe than sorry, wear protection!

Invest in a screen protector, sleeve, padded bag or hard case for your tablet or smartphone. There are many cheap but effective ones that you can find on Amazon, WalMart, eBay etc. If you drop your phone, scratches are the least of your worries, but shattering or cracking can happen even with the most durable of panels.

7. The sun isn't your friend

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Leaving your smartphone or tablet with an LCD display out on the patio in mid-summer can really damage the quality.

8. Treat it like a diva

When cleaning your display, use a microfiber cloth, which is ideal for touch screens. You can even use the one that came with your sunglasses. Be careful if using a moist cloth. Simply dampen it slightly or breath on the screen and then wipe it down gently. If you do end up using water, make sure that it is distilled water since normal tap water often carries calcium and other types of minerals, and do not over-rub. Let your phone air dry if there is any water left over so that you don’t accidentally push any liquid into the phone’s inner hardware.

What tips do you recommend when it comes to taking care of your touch screen?
