The misconduct of examination has mainly contributed to the overall deterioration of the standard of education in our communities. The misconducts are commonly committed by examination at the pre-conduct and evaluation stages. Different agents are involved and cause examination misconduct:
1. Parents Involvement: The parents are responsible most of the time in approach to an invigilator or invigilating staff providing bribe and gifts, nepotism also help them a lot.
2. Student Factors: Inadequate preparation and desire to pass at all cost, poor preparation promotes poor performance supported by society and high expectation by parents.

3. Lack of School Resources/Facilities: Overcrowded examination centres, schools where you have poor seating arrangement and no observational strategies.
4. Teachers’ Role: Gross inadequacy of qualified teachers in our schools, lack of devotion to their profession, unawareness towards teaching and learning objectives, not properly trained, no capacity building and not providing moral training to students.
5. Negligence of Invigilators: Teachers/supervisors are non-vigilant during supervision, they allow mobile watchman to provide cheating to students.
6. Defunct Security: Law enforcing agencies not dealt with impersonation act, set the culprit free after taking bribe, laxity in prosecuting offenders and lack of serious penalty for past offenders.
7. The last and commonly observed is poor educational background of the child as it can result in misconduct of examination.
