The news comes from Bloomberg, which cites "people with direct knowledge of the matter" revealing key details for the Galaxy S6 as well as saying there will be two variants of the flagship.
The second model looks to be the widely rumoured Samsung Galaxy S Edge, with the sources confirming a three-sided display for one of the handsets.
It seems Samsung will stick with the 5.1-inch display found on the Galaxy S5, but resolution could get a bump from full HD to QHD - falling in line with the likes of the LG G3 and Galaxy Note 4.
Another sneak peek
If you're wondering what the Galaxy S6 will look like a third party case manufacturer has posted a transparent case for the handset online, which appears to show the curved edges and a textured volume rocker key. Round the back a large camera lens protrudes from the rear and a heart rate monitor looks to be situated next to a LED flash. There's no guarantee this is the final design for the S6, but it does fall in line with previous leaks.
All will be officially revealed on March 1 at Samsung's MWC 2015 press event where TechRadar will be reporting live to bring you all the latest.
