How to save life during an emergency

It is always smart to prepare for the worst. Take a look at some simple and easy things you can do to save a life someday.

Donate blood

If you donate blood once, chances are that you can save three lives at the same time. Visit your local blood donation camp or donate to a Red Cross Blood Bank, your blood can save someone in need.

Know your emergency exits

The emergency map in your office or apartment is often taken lightly and probably missed out by many. However, having a clear knowledge of where the emergency exits are can allow you and others to get out of the building safely, should an emergency arise.

Don't move a fallen person

If someone has fallen from a high place, it’s best advisable not to move the body and risk worsening of the injury. Immediately call the emergency services and let them take care of the victim.
